Sylvia is a licensed esthetician-freelance makeup artist, wife, and mother of 4 adult children. Sylvia is Mrs. Fitness American 2021; Mrs. Colorado American 2020; Mrs. USOA; Mrs. Colorado and Mrs. Congeniality 2019. She recently won the title of Mrs. Colorado on April 9, 2022. Sylvia made history by being the first crowned Mrs. Colorado at age 62. Sylvia believes in embracing her own uniqueness and aging gracefully.

Kate Bailey | Founder, TARRA

Kate is a seasoned entrepreneur, business consultant and change agent with more than 20 years of in-the-trenches experience. She has built two successful businesses by leading nimble, innovation-minded teams, and building strong local connections. One of those being, TARRA. TARRA’s first flex office and workspace campus opened at 9+Co in Denver in 2022 and today, the TARRA network is expanding throughout the United States with a mission to create a more inclusive and diverse business community through access to vetted business resources, education and a powerful network of professional women.
